From the full journey to the smallest component
Here is what a product project with us looks like, based on real client cases. Pick a project and explore the work, from the big picture down to the component.
Understanding how users exchange their Wards, then mapping the two purchase journeys, with and without Wardeals. (Image onboarding D7 challenge)
Laid out in wireframes: screen sequences, edge cases, bottom sheets. We validate the logic before the visuals.
Catalog, categories, checkout: every screen is designed to make redeeming rewards simple and make people want to come back.
Dissected cards, carousels, animated header, bottom sheet assets: reusable components, documented and ready for development.

User interviews to map their needs and define the journeys.
Wireframes then a prototype, tested with the same people we interviewed.
Screens and flows linked across Figma files for continuity from one project to the next.
A design system shared by around ten projects and designers.

Website, mobile app and web app in 3 months, with development starting 2 weeks after kickoff.
Workshops, personas and journeys to understand what each user is looking for.
From brand research to the final logo, one voice for all three products.
Every screen, delivered continuously in close contact with the client and the developers.

Where products lose their users
The audit ranks each problem by impact and required effort. Here are the areas it flags most often.
Onboarding
A sign-up that is too long and abandoned halfway, and first sessions that never reach the moment the product truly makes sense.
The core journey
The task your users came for, buried under years of extra features and steps.
Activation
The time it takes a new user to get their first win, and everything that gets in the way.
Empty states and errors
An empty dashboard with no next step, an error message that doesn't say what to do. Your users run into them every day.
Several roles, one journey
Admins, members, clients or creators stuck in a journey designed for someone else, when each of them needs their own.
A drifting design system
Five button styles and three ways to do the same thing: your team slows down and your users get lost.

A great team that really listens
"A great team that really listens and fully understood our project.
The result is above our expectations.
Jérémie and Jérôme are extremely available and open to improvements.
We didn't expect to reach this level of execution.
They will also follow our website's progress over the next 6 months. Go for it, it's great."

By far one of the smoothest and most impressive agency experiences I've had.

Working with Rainboow was next-level

Great service provider.
"The Rainboow team is very responsive and skilled.
Specialized in Webflow, they know their craft perfectly and never do things halfway."

A pleasant and responsive team
"I contacted Rainboow to redesign our landing pages. A pleasant and responsive team, very available during the project and afterwards for follow-up.
Thank you both for your commitment and professionalism.
I recommend them with my eyes closed :)"

The final result is exactly what we had in mind.
"The team really listened, was responsive and full of ideas.
Rainboow built our website from A to Z. We wanted a clear, professional site that truly reflects our business."

Ultra-fast work, effective copywriting and a design that converts from the first 24 hours.

Flawless execution.
"The design exceeded our expectations and gave a decisive boost to the launch of our project, exactly as we had imagined it."

And after the product work?

Your questions about UI/UX and product design
+What does a product design agency do?
It designs the software itself: the journeys, screens, states and components of your web, SaaS or mobile apps. At Rainboow, we cover the whole path, from UX audit and wireframes to final interfaces, design system and developer handoff.
+Are you a UI/UX agency?
Yes. UI/UX is at the heart of our product work. On the UX side: research, audits, journeys and wireframes. On the UI side: screens, components and design system. Senior designers only, working in Figma alongside your product team.
+How do you get to grips with our product?
We start by analyzing the existing product, journeys, your goals, your data, and feedback from support and your team. We identify the unclear or painful areas before touching a single interface.
+Can you work with our product managers and developers?
Yes. We work directly with founders, PMs, developers and in-house designers. We join your Slack, work in Figma, hold regular check-ins and prepare a documented handoff so the whole team stays aligned.
+How do you handle complex journeys and edge cases?
We first map the core journey, then design every state around it: permissions, errors, empty states, loading and all the small details that are often forgotten. A large part of a product's quality is decided there.
+Do you redo the screens or improve the UX?
Both. Sometimes the interface just needs refining. Often, the journey itself is the problem. We look at structure, hierarchy, copy, logic and states before making the screens look better.
+Can you take over our existing design system?
Yes. We can use it as is, clean it up, complete it with missing components and patterns, or rebuild it only if it slows your team down.
+How long does a product design project take?
A typical project starts with the audit in week 1. Interfaces arrive between week 4 and week 8, followed by handoff and QA. The duration depends on the number of journeys, the complexity of the screens and how fast decisions are made.
+Can you help us after the handoff?
Yes. We review what your team builds, answer developers' questions, adjust edge cases and check that the shipped product matches the intended experience.
+How do you price product design?
Based on scope: the number of journeys, screen complexity, design system needs and the level of follow-up during development. Design Partner starts at €4,000 excl. VAT per month. We usually recommend starting with the area that has the most impact.
+Can you become our long-term product design partner?
Yes. Many teams keep us on for new features, the roadmap, UX improvements, design system evolution and reviewing what gets built, as an extension of their product team.
