They started with one training course. Today they have more than 35. Their brand had to keep up.

Context
L'Académie RH trains human resources professionals in employment law. Founded by Cécile Derouin, the organization is Qualiopi certified and today counts more than 1,100 trained learners, 21,000 newsletter readers and 160,000 LinkedIn followers.
When we started working together two and a half years ago, it was a landing page. One training course. A startup art direction, suited to what they were at the time.
Then everything sped up. The training courses multiplied. A book came out. A premium newsletter. Monthly HR news. A sponsorship offer. Free resources. Events.
The problem was no longer the website. It was the gap between an identity designed for a startup and a company that had become a reference in its field.

Context
An identity that finally matches their level.
We proposed three complete art directions. All three were considered relevant, and one was chosen.
No more startup tone: a brand that holds its own in front of HR directors, key accounts and institutional partners.
A system of universes to organize growth.
Training, News, Books, Sponsorship, Resources
Six territories, each with its own color and visual signature. The homepage becomes an entry point: every visitor immediately knows where to go, whatever they are looking for.
An architecture designed for what doesn't exist yet.
The real challenge wasn't organizing 35+ training courses. It was building a system able to host 50, then 100, without ever having to rethink the structure. Each universe can grow independently of the others.
A brand that lives beyond the website.
The identity was designed to live everywhere: LinkedIn, newsletter, training materials, event visuals. That is what makes their content recognizable at first glance today, in a news feed as well as in a training room.
