The post-purchase platform behind Carrefour and ba&sh. A website that didn't tell that story.

Mission
We redesigned Shipup's entire web experience: art direction, architecture, product page design and Webflow development. To deliver a website worthy of a scale-up that equips the biggest European e-commerce brands.

Context
Shipup connects every step of e-commerce post-purchase:
- parcel tracking, notifications
- returns portal
- carrier performance management.
Their product equips Carrefour, Yves Rocher, ba&sh, Byredo, Maison du Monde, Micromania.
Their website, however, looked like any other B2B SaaS.
A value proposition diluted across four audiences, product pages that listed features instead of telling results.

What we did
An art direction that takes them out of the sector's generic blue.
An architecture that lets each of the four target teams
- e-commerce,
- marketing,
- support,
- logistics find their answer in three clicks.
Product pages built on a consistent narrative: the problem, the solution, the number.
All built on Webflow, with components that make the growth team autonomous.
Result
The website survived a rebrand.
A few months after the redesign, Shipup was acquired by ZigZag Global.
New identity, new art direction, new name.
In most cases, that means a complete redesign.
Here, the team updated the colors, the logos and a few visual elements. The rest followed automatically, across all 45 templates and 246 URLs.
A few days.
In-house.
That's what we mean by client first: a website the team evolves on its own, even when everything changes.

What if your website finally lived up
to what you're building?
